Preserve our 330 acres of land and two miles of waterfront from future development and minimize our environmental impact on Thompson Lake.

Ensure financial sustainability that continues to allow us to provide financial assistance to families in need and helps us to maintain our improved facilities.

To date we have raised nearly $4 million of the $8 million needed to address critical maintenance and renovation of over 40 buildings.

We will update 17 camper cabins to support the current needs of our campers, build one additional camper cabin, convert shower houses into Village Leader cabins all in an effort to serve 100 more youth each summer.

We will increase opportunities for youth personal development by constructing a new teen enrichment center where our growing number of teens can learn, grow, and thrive. We will also restore iconic treasures like our dining hall, once deemed the largest free-standing log cabin in the world; the Burroughs and Agassiz leadership cabins, which are over 100 years old; and the boat house, once a welcoming symbol to all who passed along the waterfront.

We will update staff housing so we might attract the most qualified and talented staff to ensure the best outcomes for kids. We will also transform our old office building into a serene space for our social work staff. These two buildings will help provide additional support for youth and give them the social and emotional tools they need to succeed in life.

We will install an enhanced water feature for new camper adventures, and we will transform a parking lot into human foosball and pickleball and resurface the basketball courts to improve sports programming – because our kids deserve more. We will also build an Airnasium, nature pavilion, and gathering spaces to improve outdoor recreation and education.

It Takes a Village. It Takes YOU!
