Agassiz Village is proud to be selected as an official charity partner for the Boston Marathon for the first time. This exciting milestone provides a powerful opportunity to raise awareness and critical funds to support life-changing summer camp experiences for youth from under-resourced communities. We are honored to have four dedicated runners representing Agassiz Village and championing our mission every mile of the way.

Rae-Anne Nguyen

A lifelong Mainer and co-founder of the Casco Running Club, Rae-Anne is deeply committed to community service and youth development. Inspired by Agassiz Village’s mission, she is proud to combine her passion for running and fundraising to help provide meaningful summer experiences for young people.

Maggie Duffy

A high school art teacher and avid runner, Maggie is excited to run her first Boston Marathon in support of Agassiz Village. She believes strongly in the power of creative, supportive environments to help youth build confidence, resilience, and a sense of belonging.

Alex Byer

Alex discovered his love for marathon running later in life and now runs to support causes that make a difference. He is honored to join Team Agassiz Village and help expand opportunities for youth through the organization’s impactful summer programs.

Jacqueline Grammer

Jacqueline is running her first marathon after volunteering with Agassiz Village for the past four years. Having witnessed the camp’s transformative impact firsthand, she is proud to dedicate her Boston Marathon journey to supporting the youth it serves.
