Greetings from Agassiz Village! At Agassiz, it all starts with the smile and we are excited to work with you and your organization to extend overnight summer camp opportunities to families you work with. Through many agency partnerships in the past few years we have been able to offer summer camp opportunities to hundreds of deserving kids from Boston area.
Below you will find all necessary information and forms to register a child for camp session. Please let us know if you have any further questions: firstname.lastname@example.org or 781.860.0200.
Agassiz Village offers three (3) two-week sessions each summer (for program descriptions please see program page above). Families can register for up to two sessions maximum due to the level of demand. Summer 2018 Schedule is as follows:
Session 1: Monday, July 2 – Friday, July 13
Session 2: Monday, July 16 – Friday, July 27
Session 3: Monday, July 30 – Friday, August 10
Agassiz Village is located on 400-acre site on Thompson Lake in Poland, Maine (about 2.5 hour drive north from Boston). All campers live in cabins with an average of 12 other children/youth and 2 counselors in each of the cabins. Bathrooms are located in the cabins with shower houses nearby. Boys and girls live in separate sections of camp.
We provide transportation from Boston to camp and back for all campers on the first and last day of each session. The pick-up/drop-off location is at Bunker Hill Community College (BHCC): Parking Lot #1. The pick-up time is between 7:30 and 8:30 am on first day of each session. The drop-off is at 6pm on the last day of each session.
All camper rates are based on a sliding scale that, in turn, is based on family's annual income and household size. Please see the scale below. These rates are primarily for families and individuals paying the tuition. If agency/organization will be covering the tuition, please contact us to find out more about agency rates.
To register a child for camp, please follow these steps:

Please contact us with any questions or to discuss further options.
