Agassiz Village Camp Registration
Thank you for your interest in our program. Below is information on how to register your child for camp. If you have already submitted your registration (online or by mail/fax) please go directly to STEP 2 in the registration process below. Also, please visit our
Camper Tuition & Payment page to find out more information about your tuition and financial aid options. Please read carefully through all information in this process and let us know if you have any further questions.
To register for one of our summer camp sessions please follow ONE of these options:
- To REGISTER ONLINE, please follow this link to our Online Registration Form:
http://icebrrg.com/Public/ViewForm.aspx?formID=63733. You will be able to complete and submit your registration online.
- To DOWNLOAD A HARD COPY of the registration form, please click
HERE.
- Call us at 781-860-0200 to request a registration form to be MAILED/FAXED/E-MAILED to you.
- Please be sure to submit a $50.00 REFUNDABLE DEPOSITt* to accompany your registration. Your registration form will be processed for acceptance only after we receive a deposit. You can pay online using our
ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM or mail us a check or money order to the address listed below.
*Deposit is per registration. This deposit will be refunded to you:
- If you will be eligible and approved for Full Campership (after your child attends camp), or
- If you cancel your registration at least 30 days prior to the start of the session.
Once we receive both your registration form and deposit, we will process your registration and will notify you of your child’s placement. If you will not apply for financial aid, please proceed to STEP 4 in this process. If you will be applying for financial aid, please see STEP 3.
If you will be applying for Agassiz Village financial aid, please submit ALL of the following:
- Download Financial Aid Form from
HERE. Complete, sign and mail/fax/email it back to us at the address below (please be sure to also submit proof of income paperwork indicated in this form);
- Download Free/Reduced Meal (FRM) Form from
HERE. Please complete, sign and mail it back to us at the address below.
We participate in Federal Summer Food Program and ask all our camper parents applying for financial aid to sign and submit this form as it helps us to keep our costs and tuition down.

Please contact us if you would like these forms to be mailed to you. Once we receive the above two forms, we will assess your eligibility for financial aid and will notify you of the level of financial aid we could provide. After completion of this step, please refer to STEP 4 to complete this registration process.
Once your registration form is accepted and your financial aid paperwork assessed (if applicable), you will receive an email with
the parent/camper information packet (hard-copy version of the information packet will be mailed
only upon request). This information packet will
contain additional forms to complete and submit before the start of
camp session:
